In June 2019, Alphabet joined forces with Judith & Charles, a Canadian brand of high-end women’s fashion. We created a series of unique, streamlined and neutral colour sculptures for their eleven shops across Canada. These painted steel sculptures represent a freethinking adaptation of transmission towers, so familiar to us as part of our landscape. These subtle lines and forms, some anthropomorphic and others abstracts, have inspired the design of Alphabet’s collection of furniture from the very beginning. As part of this successful collaboration, we also created special sculptures to be displayed in the window of their flagship store in Toronto, during Fashion Week in the fall of 2019.
